Leadership

Mark & Ashley are the founders and Lead Pastors of our church. They provide visionary and biblically sound leadership, foster spiritual growth, and create a welcoming community. Together, they lead our services, offer compassionate pastoral care, and actively engage in community outreach and service. They prioritize family ministry, providing resources and support for families within the congregation. With a commitment to leadership development, they recruit, train, and mentor church leaders, working collaboratively to achieve the church's mission. Mark serves as the Chairman of the Executive Board of Elders. 

Joie plays a pivotal role in helping people find a sense of community and purpose while experiencing spiritual growth. She is responsible for the training and mentoring family leaders, that provide an atmosphere for men, women, students and families to connect, share, and support one another on their spiritual journeys. 

As the Campus Operations Director in our church, Keith is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our administration and campus by overseeing day-to-day facility operations and maintenance. Keith possesses strong interpersonal skills as he oversees all the administrative positions, manages facility logistics, and works closely with other ministry leaders to support their goals and activities. Keith also serves as an Elder of the church and is currently serving on the Executive Board of Elders. 

As the Communications Ministry Director in our church, John is responsible for how I AM Worship Church looks, sounds, and connects - from social media and graphic design to our branding, app, and website. He also oversees the tech and hardware that keep ministry running smoothly throughout the building, from the sound booth to the front lobby. John's goal is to make sure the story of what God is doing here is told clearly and consistently, both inside our walls and out into the community. John also serves as an Elder of the church and is currently serving on the Executive Board of Elders. 

As the Creative Ministry Director in our church, Mark is the chief architect of the Creative Ministry which provides a transformative worship experience. Mark oversees worship and production leaders who lead our musicians, vocalists, artists, and techs to create an atmosphere where the congregation that welcomes God and helps others connect with God through music, visual arts, and other creative expressions. 

As the Helps Ministry Director in our church, Melissa works with amazing leaders who have the mission of offering acts of service and support to meet the practical needs of our congregation and community. Melissa’s goal is to maximize the servant’s efforts in our church to be effective inside and outside the walls of our building by serving others while promoting a culture of order, unity and excellence that honors and that reflects the love of Christ. 

As the Missions Director, Jacob provides vital leadership for leaders in our evangelistic ministries and serves our community and beyond, and ensures that our outreach efforts are effective and transformative through various ministries that includes recovery, food ministry and homeless ministry, and well as other mission ministries both foreign and domestic.
